Sodexo has 120,000+ employees all over the world: it is a unique globalized business. The company evolved a lot in the last years and developed a wide range of services. Prospects don’t necessarily know well all of them and we were asked to help these services gain more awareness and exposure. To illustrate the company’s well known diversity strategy as an employer was also mandatory. We chose to build the entire communication upon the concept of diversity: a great diversity of services with a great diversity of employees, illustrated in twelve fully animated & engaging “big banners”.

Every banner shows 6 different couples. Each couple is made of one Sodexo’s client and one Sodexo’s employee. As the animation starts, you only see the person on the front (the client), while just behind him or her, another character is waiting in the shadow (the employee). It is an interactive video banner: when the user rolls over the couple, it rapidly turns 180° to show the employee standing behind the client. Clicking on the employee starts a short intro, followed by an interview mixing real video with animated illustrations on the background. Every couple represents a specific market line, letting the user discover Sodexo’s services in an engaging and funny way. This is exactly the Sodexo’s trademark: everyday life’s services that make your life easier, and, of course, happier.
