Société Générale, one of France’s biggest bank, asked us to imagine a solution to highlight its range of services to its “in agency” waiting customers. We took a step back and considered the whole customer experience, from the moment he/she is walking through the agency’s door. According to the studies, the average wait is between four and six minutes. We had to use this time-frame to show the bank’s whole range of services. It was a challenging task, because the range of services is wide and the audience we were talking to, very wide.

We came out with this idea: instead of simply illustrating the bank’s services (boring), we combined them into “casual games” to play with (fun), making the wait more enjoyable (great). The games are card games, mainly based on memory skills, and while the customer is having fun playing (making the wait feeling shorter), the game itself shows the bank’s whole range of services directly to the client, with a much more engaging and appealing experience.
